I began this morning the same way I do every morning, by watching ESPN. Right before a commercial break during my favorite/most hated morning show First Take, an extremely catchy song came on that I had to hear again.
Watch The Duck’s “Poppin Off” is like hip-hop meeting dubstep… break dancing while doing the robot… hipsters house partying in the hood… all at the same time.
Watch for yourself. Watch in HD.
Atlanta-based Watch The Duck says their music is influenced: rap, soul, electronic, dance, trap, booty, and dubstep among other things. Regardless of how many different genres blend together to create their music, the end result is great.
More from Watch The Duck can be found on their official website, including free downloads and their debut EP Anatidaephobia (which is defined as: The fear that somewhere, somehow, a duck is watching you).

“Everybody sees the duck traveling smoothly on top of the water. But nobody sees it kicking hard as hell under it, struggling to stay afloat.” – Watch The Duck
