Fallen Heroes

Okay, so this post may not be as serious as the title makes it seem…

But it seems like many of my heroes, real or fictitious, have fallen in one way or another.  Batman seemingly retired at the end of The Dark Knight Rises.  Iron Man blew up his collection of suits, and had the arc reactor surgically removed from his chest at the end of Iron Man 3.  Kobe Bryant completely tore his achilles tendon on his quest to will the Lakers into the playoffs.  And then there’s Lance Armstrong…

But at least The Amazing Spiderman is still around ridding the world local basketball courts of whack players and try-hards.  There’s a pretty lengthy intro to the video.  So if you want to fast-forward to the good part, I’d skip to 1:10 in.

It’s good to see ‘The Professor’ still keeping his skills sharp after end of the And-1 mixtape tour.
