The U.S. Men’s Olympic Basketball team is a shoo-in for a gold medal. The team’s core of Kobe Bryant, Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James, Chris Paul, and Deron Williams are intact from the 2008 gold medal team. Not to mention Tyson Chandler, Kevin Durant, Kevin Love, Andre Igoudala, and Russell Westbrook all won gold medals for the U.S. at the 2010 World Championships. After these olympics begin, we’ll finally be able to erase from our memories the shame the 2004 bronze medal team brought.
