Today I stumbled across an enlightening animated lecture from the The RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce). This particular animation discusses drive, and what motivators yield our best results.
This animation is just one of a whole series of RSA presentations illustrated by Cognitive Media.

Being a visual learner I prefer to watch the animated presentations, but RSA uploads videos of all of their functions. RSA’s website also better explains their mission, contains articles & projects, and lists upcoming events.
